Just thought I'd share some pics from our morning in service. The weather has been really beautiful. The locals are saying how cool it is, ya know, only 80 with a breeze. But it really is pleasant. We worked a little more rural area today which involved a lot of hiking around but some pretty scenery. I worked with Cory this morning and made him talk to all the older, blind, deaf, or mentally incapacitated ladies that we encountered (there were at least three of them). We did have several nice conversations and it was a fun morning enjoying Jehovah's creation.

Hey, we have beautiful blue skies here too. In fact, it is quite nice today. It's a warm 45 degrees. Bet you wish you were here...ha-ha-ha
ReplyDeleteYour going to be in tip top shape with all that hiking!! Jan
ReplyDeleteWhat is it that is on the bike? Won't want to be the one to carry away the clippings from that cactus fence!
ReplyDeleteWhere is Doug in all these pictures??? Did he make you and Cory do all the hiking?
ReplyDeleteDoug was with another group, and was hiking his own hills. But ya know, we need the exercise!
DeleteHiking under blue skies and 80 degree weather sounds pretty good!
ReplyDeleteSee what you can do to give us that kind of week when we come. Sounds perfect.
ReplyDeleteHey fellow bloggers! Now we can follow someone else's adventure. Sorry, we forgot to check it until now. But we are all caught up with you now. We totally know the disasters of Harrisburg International. I don't really think it should get the label "international", maybe more like "Harrisburg we'll get you there sometime". But anyhow, glad your having a good time so far and enjoying your time with Cory!
ReplyDeleteSounds pretty good. We were in Lewistown today, it's all snow covered. However, the spirit of the congregation warmed us up.
